The deals are based on a cash back model where you join a higher priced talk plan, for each talk plan there is a set network commission out of this commission we must provide you with a mobile phone.  With the cash back deals we offer a cheaper handset and pay you back the majority of the commission, therefore you have the benefits of a higher priced talk plan at a reduced monthly rate.

For example Talk Plan1: £395 Commission - £75 Handset - £300 Total Cashback = £15 Our Commission.

This cash back payment is made on the basis that you will not cancel or change your contracts price plan within the first 6 months of the contract start date, if you do decide to cancel or change your contract within this period or do not keep up with contract payments then we reserve the right to charge you the full recommended retail price of the handset as well as an administration charge of upto £300.  In order to collect your payment you must provide us with your phone bill each month for us to check the price plan has not been changed, within the given period. The provided Free minutes exclude calls to premium rate numbers as well as any international calls.
